PHASE 1 – ACQUIRE LAND

We are currently researching various avenues to secure land including donation, purchasing or a combination. Our real estate subcommittee has been working diligently to vet available land and have visited with several area landowners. 

We hope to secure land that will be centrally located in the Worden area and on the water system within the year. 

The community complex will provide significant infrastructure and will be the business model to fund any future expansion needs.

• We hope to have land secured and funding in place to break ground on the complex within the next year. Our communities are hard workers, but it does take time and lots of fundraising!
